At Dulux we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality paint products, colour inspiration and expert services. But right now, our main focus is responding to the evolving situation surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus disease).

 

Our main priorities are to:

  • protect the health, safety and well-being of all our employees, their families and our customers; 
  •  continue to deliver the highest service standards to our customers; and 
  • play our part to help minimise the spread of the virus.

We are monitoring the situation daily including all advice from Government authorities.

As we all navigate this difficult time, rest assured we are here to guide you through in the best way we know how. Here are some of the immediate steps we are taking.


Purchasing Dulux Products

A selected range of popular Dulux paints and accessories can be bought via our online shop here.

Dulux paints can be also purchased through a wide network of Dulux stockists. At Level 3, in line with the government guidelines around retail transactions, our stockists will revert to alternative ways of fulfilling your orders, such as via contactless deliveries or store collection. This may vary per retailer, so please contact your local store for information on ways to order.

Our Dulux Trade Centres and Depots will also be open for contactless trading. You can read more about this here.

Purchase Colour Samples

At alert level 3, we are able to fulfil Sample Pot and Large Colour Swatch orders.

Due to unprecedented demand for online sample pot and large colour swatches at the moment, there may be a delay processing and sending your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. You may also notice some of the packaging is plainer than usual but please be assured you are still receiving the same great quality Dulux product. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Dulux Accredited Painters

Our commitment to connect you to a network of trusted Dulux Accredited Painters to service your painting needs continues. At Level 3, builders and tradesmen, such as painters, may attend homes to carry out work if it is required, provided they maintain strict health and safety, and physical distancing rules. Please note that Dulux Accredited Painters are not employed by DuluxGroup and operate as independent small-to-mid sized businesses so we encourage your support to them during these uncertain times.
