At Dulux we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality paint products, colour inspiration and expert services. But right now, our main focus is responding to the evolving situation surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus disease).

- play our part to help minimise the spread of the virus.

Purchasing Dulux Products
After consultation and confirmation from MBIE, Dulux is approved to deliver paint from a Level 2 region directly to homes in Level 4. Dulux will continue fulfilling home delivery of orders into Level 2 regions.
Our number one priority remains the health and safety of our customers, our team, and our communities.
All deliveries will be contactless and in accordance with strict Covid-19 regulations.
Due to some restrictions, there may be a delay of up to 7 working days for delivery of orders.
We will continue to update our website as any new updates and details emerge.

Purchase Colour Samples
At alert level 3, we are able to fulfil Sample Pot and Large Colour Swatch orders.
Due to unprecedented demand for online sample pot and large colour swatches at the moment, there may be a delay processing and sending your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. You may also notice some of the packaging is plainer than usual but please be assured you are still receiving the same great quality Dulux product. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Due to health and safety protocols relating the COVID-19 pandemic, Dulux In-Home Colour Consultations will not be completed during alert level 3.

Dulux Accredited Painters
Our commitment to connect you to a network of trusted Dulux Accredited Painters to service your painting needs continues. At Level 3, builders and tradesmen, such as painters, may attend homes to carry out work if it is required, provided they maintain strict health and safety, and physical distancing rules. Please note that Dulux Accredited Painters are not employed by DuluxGroup and operate as independent small-to-mid sized businesses so we encourage your support to them during these uncertain times.
