The move to Alert Level 2 means our stores outside Auckland will be open to in-person transactions from today.
Dulux Trade Centre Trading Hours
Stores outside Auckland will continue to operate at reduced trading hours until Saturday 11 September.
Regular weekday trading hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm will be re-instated from Monday, 13 September.
Stores in the Auckland region will remain closed. However, essential services orders can be fulfilled on presentation of an official letter. Personal use (up to 30L) may also be ordered by filling out and sending it to tradeorders@dulux.co.nz.
Please check with your local Dulux trade depot for store-specific information on trading hours. To find your closest Dulux trade outlet, click here
Contactless Trading
To minimise the time you spend in our store premises, we would still encourage you to place your orders via call, text or email. You still have the option to pick up your orders collected from your preferred store or have it delivered to your home or work site. Changes to Trade Store Operations
To operate our business safely, we have the following measures in place:
Hygiene protocol:
Our stores will have sanitation zones at various points. Please use this as you enter and exit the store.
Mandatory QR code scanning:
QR code posters will be available in multiple areas inside and outside the store (including carpark to collection areas). Please ensure you scan in as soon as you arrive in our store location.
Mandatory face covering:
Please remember to bring your own mask when visiting our stores. If you do forget, we have some supply available. Please ask one of our staff.
Safe distance:
Please always maintain a safe distance of 2 metres and follow the relevant directional signs and instructions from our staff. There will be dedicated areas for entry and exit to ensure we manage the flow of traffic inside our stores. We may also need to limit the amount of people in our stores, and this may differ based on the size of the store.
Goods Collection:
If you are coming to the store to collect an order placed online, please follow the signs to the Collection Area. This minimises the need for you to queue inside the store. Please ensure you have a confirmation note and your order details before coming to the store.
Payment transactions:
Physical barriers are set up on our counters to create a safe distance between our customers and our staff. We strongly encourage use of card payments (credit/debit/EFTPOS) or charge to account.
In-store facilities:
Our shared facilities, such as toilets, coffee machines and water coolers will remain unavailable. We apologise for this inconvenience.
Interaction with our trade representatives
At level 2, with face-to-face interactions becoming more common, our trade representatives will also aim to get back on their usual call cycle. During these visits, we will continue to practice physical distancing rules and strict hygiene protocols, including wearing masks.
If you prefer to keep in contact only over the phone, please let your Dulux representative know.
