NZIA Announces New Regional Sponsors Programme

Back to partnerships

Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects, NZIA, has signed a new sponsorship programme designed to support the professional development and engagement of its regional branches in Waikato/Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Western (Taranaki and Manawatu), Nelson/Marlborough and Southern regions.

Dulux New Zealand is proud to partner with NZIA in this new regional sponsorship programme, alongside APL Window Solutions, DriSpace, and Technoform.

“We are excited to embark on this new partnership with NZIA, and this collaboration represents an alignment of shared values and commitment to industry education and growth,” says Tony Leard, Dulux General Manager. “We look forward to the opportunities it will create with the NZIA and its members.”

Interim Chief Executive of the NZIA Mark Abbot says: “This new sponsorship programme will enable us to provide a range of education and engagement opportunities for our regional members and their communities. The five regions supported through this programme represent about 15 percent of our membership but play an outsize role in improving the built environment in their communities and across Aotearoa.”

The regional sponsorship programme will enable programming and local events across the five regions, such as the Festival of Architecture slated for September.
