About Acratex® AcraSand
Acratex® AcraSand is a flexible 100% acrylic, mid build sand texture, formulated to produce a fine granular appearance in two coats by conventional nap roller application with balanced properties of film thickness for and minimal roller patterning for flat sand finish appearance.

Brush, roller
Brush and nap roller.
Refer to the Dulux Acratex Application Manual for detailed instructions.
Product should be thoroughly mixed before use. Application is by brush or nap roller.
A minimum of two coats are required (minimum DFT of 125 micrometres) to avoid "holidays" in the coating.
Unused paint
Do not pour leftover paint down the drain.
Unwanted paint should be brushed out on newspaper and allowed to dry, and then disposed of via domestic waste collections.

Empty paint containers
Leave empty paint containers open in a well-ventilated area to dry out. When dry, recycle the container via steel can recycling programs.
Disposal of empty paint containers via domestic recycling programs may differ between local authorities. Check with your local council first.
Do not reuse container unless thoroughly decontaminated.
