We appreciate that to limit personal contact, you may prefer not to visit our stores. We encourage you to take advantage of our professional delivery service.
How Dulux contactless trading works
Your Dulux trade account or your nominated credit card will be used in order to pay for your order. You will receive an invoice for your order as per the usual process.
Paint delivered direct to you
It is important to follow the government guidelines for any interactions while we are on Alert Level 2. We are still offering a contactless delivery, where we will leave the paint at your door so you won’t need to interact with our reps or delivery drivers.
Dispatch time as follows (from Dulux Trade Centres only):
Orders received before 1pm will be processed and sent out the same day.
Orders received after 1pm will be processed the following day.
For metro same day delivery, please call your local store directly.
Delivery times are subject to local courier. Due to increased demand, there may be delays in deliveries. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Click & Collect
Our team in store will be letting you know once your order is ready for pick up. Please ensure you have the confirmation note from Dulux when collecting your order from store. Simply follow the signs to the designated collection area in store.
Cut off times (applies to Dulux Trade Centres only):
Orders placed before 11am can be collected on the same day
Orders placed after 11am can be collected the following day
