Design and Arts College of New Zealand

As part of their curriculum, students from Christchurch's Design and Arts College of New Zealand were asked to submit projects to be entered into the 2011 Dulux Colour Awards.

The students were given a project which addressed the lack of childcare available in Christchurch's City Centre, with their brief being to create a centre that catered for children from ages 0-5. As part of their submission, students produced branding material for their play centre, realistic 3D renders and working drawings including a colour/décor scheme utilising the Dulux colour palette.

All six of the entries submitted by students from the Design and Arts College captured the attention of this year's Dulux Colour Award judges, and were short listed into the finals of the awards.
