This beautiful old home was in very poor condition with flaking paint and rusted out soakers, the window capings were rusted, there was rotting in some areas. This made preparation all the more important to ensure a great finish could be achieved. The paints used were white and green Gloss Acrylic on the weatherboards, and Gloss Enamel on the windows. The owner was so pleased with the finish that instead of only painting the front of the house, they asked us to complete the entire exterior.
