Coastal House - Prestige Euro Painters

The owner of this coastal property wanted not only to refresh the colour of his home but also protect it from weather conditions, which was causing cracks and deterioration to the plaster surface. Valentin of Prestige Euro Painters recommended using a protective membrane coating - Dulux AcraTex Elastomeric 201 - to provide complete protection from wind, rain, sun and humidity. The ability to bridge small surface cracks, which existed on the walls of the building, made Dulux AcraTex the ideal choice.
The other issue for the owner was his main entrance door, which he wanted repainted to cover weather damage to the wood. Valentin has restored the door to its previous glory using Cabot's Exterior Varnish Stain. It protects the surface and gives it colour and shine without hiding the grain.
The mould in the bathroom also needed addressing, and was solved using Dulux Wash & Wear Kitchen & Bathroom.
