we service our customers.
Dulux is part of the greater DuluxGroup family and
regardless of the location, all DuluxGroup employees are aligned to
common goals, behaviours and ethics. The way we do business is
guided by four key principles that were developed by our people.
These principles - Safety, Health and the Environment, Commercial
Ownership, Creative Customer Solutions and Working Together - form
part of the culture that we call "Deliver the Promise". It is a
promise we make to our customers, our shareholders and our fellow
employees, and it is a promise that applies to the communities and
locations we work and travel through.
Training and Development Opportunities
At Dulux, employees are encouraged to develop their skills, both
on the job and through outside training, depending on their needs.
All employees have annual discussions with their managers to work
out what training and development will help them do their job to
the best of their abilities.
Dulux also believes strongly in internal promotion and career
development. Opportunities can exist in more senior positions or
within DuluxGroup's other brands and divisions such as
Selleys, Yates and Cabots.
Dulux Facts
Never leave a paint-covered roller exposed to the air for a long length of time. If you’re having a break, wrap it in plastic cling wrap. Sounds odd, but it works.
